We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying, and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

Your registration fee allows only one admission into the virtual event. In addition, any type of recording of the lectures is strictly prohibited.

Throughout the course webcams and other monitoring devices may be used to monitor your computer and your sole attendance.

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a thirdparty link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

If you need to cancel, you may do so within 72 hours of your course payment to receive a full refund. After 72 hours, the registration fee for the Awesome Review board review course is non-refundable. We will happily transfer you to another location and date of your choice.

Boards MasterClass (formerly Case-Based Learning) Monthly Subscription

The Boards MasterClass (formerly Case-Based Learning) program is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription provides access to weekly live sessions and on-demand content for the duration of your active billing period.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew on your billing date unless cancelled in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Awesome Review to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@awesomereview.com.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the billing date, the subscription will automatically renew, and the next monthly charge will be applied.

After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the Boards MasterClass (formerly Case-Based Learning) program until the end of your current billing period. Access will automatically terminate at the end of that period unless the subscription is reactivated.

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

• No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused time
• No prorated credits will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by re-subscribing through the platform. Access will resume under a new billing cycle.

Access to the Boards MasterClass (formerly Case-Based Learning) program is intended for individual use. Sharing login credentials or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Awesome Review reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Boards MasterClass (formerly Case-Based Learning) program, including content, schedule, or features, at any time.
